As of today 105 persons have registered for the technical tour to 400 MW ANHOLT offshore Wind power plant. We are very happy with this! The ferry has a capacity of 142 seats indoor plus 50 outside at the sundeck. We encourage to register soon to be sure to get a seat.
Technical committee have accepted 115 full papers for the symposium after peer review. This means we have a full schedule with 24 sessions spread over 8 participating study committees. The final program with all paper titles and authors information is in Progress and is expected within one week.
The first version of the full program for the symposium with session titles and associated study committees is now ready Programme This symposium offers 24 sessions given by 8 study committees. The full program will be updated with paper titles when all authors are notified on acceptance. This will be shortly after 12th April.
Early bird registration fee is extended to the end of March for authors to have knowledge of their papers possible acceptance before registering.
When registering for the symposium delegates pays VAT according to Danish law. VAT can be reimbursed fully by using the link and forms to be found in the registration webpage.
In order to align timelines to previous symposia the deadline for early bird has been extended to 17th March.
The technical committee reports the full program with sessions and session titles for each study committee almost completed. We expect to be able to update the preliminary program within two weeks.
