Dear delegates and guests. The weather forecast for the symposium days seems rather typical Danish with sun, over cast, rain and some wind. We will receive some showers Wednesday-Thursday. The symposium venue hosts everything so this should pose no problem. Taxis and buses are available for transportation from hotels. Be aware that the gala diner is not in the symposium venue (short distance around 2 km) so if raining you should bring a coat not to get wet when walking or getting on a taxi. Fortunately Friday seems fine for the technical tour.
